Design

Based upon our experience in Systems Integration we realized early on the importance of creating a thorough system design on all of our projects.  Using software tools such as D-tools System Integrator and Portal io Proposal Development; along with sound business practices we begin every project by meeting with our client to gain an understanding of their needs. During this meeting we also expose them to the technology offerings available today.  During that initial meeting we can normally agree on a budget and will then create a Requirements Document in Writing for Client Approval. This document will normally not include specific brands or materials.

Upon approval and receipt of a Design Deposit we will create a Functional Specification that does include Specific Brands and Solutions.  This document is now the PLAYBOOK that we base everything we do to complete the project on time and within budget. At the conclusion of the project we review this document with the client to ensure that we have delivered everything that was included in the contract.

Programming

Nearly all of our projects involve the integration of various sub-systems under the control of a single control system.  This approach usually requires materials integration and control system programming to build a truly easy to use and reliable system. We are well versed in the programming of systems from Savant, Control4, Vantage Controls, and Lutron.

Installation

Whether we are working on a residence that is just breaking ground, or an extensive remodel our team is well trained in all aspects of system installation.  Our training is expansive and includes many certifications from CEDIA, our Industry Association and our Manufacturer Partners. Major courses we have completed include: Residential Wiring, Equipment Rack Wiring, Home Theater Design, Network Systems Design, Audio and Video Distribution System Design.

Project Management

As a Licensed Low Voltage Contractor within the State of CA we are able to work with other subcontractors, architects, and interior designers to create a solution that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but installed within the guidelines of local building codes.

Service

While the manufacturers we have chosen to represent offer products and systems that are highly reliable, not everything will operate without fail over time.  We are trained to not only troubleshoot systems, but make recommendations to our clients as to their options should systems fail.
